Pancake Mix Protein Brownies

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a brownie pan or baking dish with parchment paper.
Chocolate batter: In a bowl, whisk cocoa powder, protein powder, zero calorie sugar replacement, and pancake mix. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and almond milk. Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined. Do not over-mix or protein powder will make the brownie dense. Add in peanut butter and fold. Batter should be thick.
Plain batter: In another bowl, mix pancake mix, protein powder, milk, egg whites and peanut butter.
Scoop out both batters into pan (alternating).
Bake for 18 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly wet.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
