Instructions
Cut the sausages into thin slices. Fry in a pan until crispy. Drain off the fat. Add the vegetables. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs, crème fraîche and finely chopped chives. Grate the cheese and mix in. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the vegetables. Leave to set for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
