Strawberry Lasagne
A delicious dessert that consists of layers of sweet mascarpone curd, fresh strawberries and ladyfingers. It is easy to prepare and does not require an oven. You can make it in advance and store it in the refrigerator until you want to serve it. Strawberry lasagna is perfect for summer when strawberries are ripe and juicy.

Instructions
Mix mascarpone and quark with powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone quark cream. Puree about half of the strawberries. Dice the remaining strawberries.
Place half of the ladyfingers in the baking dish. Cover with ⅓ of the strawberry puree. Spread some strawberry pieces on top. Cover with a layer of cream and smooth it down. Put the second layer of ladyfingers on top and cover with strawberry puree again. Again spread some strawberry pieces on top and finish with cream layer.
Spread the remaining strawberry pieces on the cream and drizzle with the remaining strawberry puree. If necessary, grate white chocolate over the dessert for decoration and sprinkle with some mint. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
