Banana Bread
Moist banana bread with walnuts and chocolate drops. It is easy to make and has no added sugar.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat (fan oven 160°C). Rinse the silicone loaf pan with cold water. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the mashed bananas, cooking oil and oat milk and fold in with a fork. Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the loaf tin. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and press onto the dough. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 50 minutes until golden brown. Do not forget to test with a skewer. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely on a wire rack. Then turn out of the tin and serve.
