Chewy Chocolate Creamcheese Cookies

Dark chocolate
Butter
Sugar

Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cream the butter with sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract, then stir in the chocolate, cream cheese and eggs. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Finally, fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
Preheat the oven to 190°C top/bottom heat and line tray with baking paper.
With the help of a teaspoon, place small heaps -with a little distance- on the trays and bake in the preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes (not too long, they should remain soft and "chewy"!). After baking, let them rest on the tray for 2 - 3 minutes, then carefully remove them from the tray with the help of a wide knife.
