Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

These oatmeal cookies have no added fat making them very low in fat as well as calories.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, add the oatmeal, dried fruit, mashed banana, soy milk, salt, and nuts. Mash thoroughly, and add a bit more soy milk as needed. Drop the cookies by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
