Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C. Grease the baking dish.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl whisk to combine the Bisquick baking mix, baking powder (if not using Bisquick and your baking mix does not including any raising agent) and ground nutmeg. Pour in the milk and melted butter, stir to combine then transfer into your baking dish.
Combine the drained, canned peaches or fresh sliced peaches with sugar then gently pour over the top of the batter. Do not stir.
Bake at 190°C for 40-50 minutes until golden on top and an inserted toothpick comes out clean from the center. Try to check a baked section that doesn't have a peach chunk in it when inserting your toothpick or cake tester.
