Potato Sausage Pan

Instructions

Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain, let cool slightly, peel and quarter lengthwise.
Cut the peppers into quarters, remove the stalk, seeds and white partitions, and cut the flesh into strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into 3 cm long pieces and the sausages into approx. 2 cm wide slices. Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half crosswise and remove the stalks.
