Ingredients

All-purpose flour
Cornstarch
Salt
Baking powder
Allspice
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Granulated sugar
Brown sugar
Butter
Vanilla
Pumpkin puree
White chocolate chips
Macadamia nuts
Egg

Instructions

Mix butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add egg and mix. Add pumpkin puree and vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg then blend. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Chill dough 10 minutes.
Form dough into ball and place on baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 175°C for 12-15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool before serving.
