Cheese Cornbread Muffins

Instructions
Mix the flour, corn flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Mix together.
Whisk the milk, butter and egg well.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in the corn, spring onions and cheddar cheese.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan oven 170°C, air fryer 160°C).
Grease the muffin cups with cooking spray and pour in the batter until the cups are full.
Bake the muffins for 18 minutes (air fryer 15 minutes).
