Banana Bread with Blueberries

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat (convection oven: 160°C). Rinse the silicone loaf pan with cold water and do not dry. For the dough, peel the bananas and mash them with a fork on a plate. Rinse the blueberries in a sieve and drain.
Mix flour with baking powder salt sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add the banana puree milk oil and apple cider vinegar and stir everything until smooth. Fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
Sprinkle the dough with almond flakes and bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes. If the banana bread threatens to get too dark, cover with aluminum foil. Test the bread with a chopstick to make sure it is cooked through. Let cool completely, remove from the pan and serve.
