Asparagus Soup from Leftover Broth

Instructions
Cut off several tips from the green asparagus for garnish cut all remaining asparagus spears into pieces.
In a saucepan, lightly sweat the flour with butter. Deglaze with the broth and stir in the asparagus pieces. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then puree the soup and strain through a sieve. Back in the pot, stir in the asparagus tips and crème fraîche. Season the soup with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Remove the crusts from the bread and cut into small cubes. Fry in a hot pan in the remaining butter until golden brown. Divide the soup into bowls, sprinkle the croutons on top and serve garnished with the chives and pine nuts.
