Oatmeal Apple Cookies

A healthy and tasty snack made with rolled oats, chopped apples and cinnamon. They are soft and chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and provide a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients

Instructions
In bowl beat butter till creamy. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir until combined. Mix in apple pulp and egg. Add flour, a little at a time. Stir in oats.
Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 190°C for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
