Buttermilk Bread

Buttermilk bread is a delightful bakery classic known for its soft texture and slightly tangy flavor. This bread is made with a combination of flour, buttermilk, sugar, yeast and soy kernels. Ingredients

Instructions
Dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar in the lukewarm buttermilk. Then knead together with the flour and soy seeds in a food processor to form a smooth dough.
Cover the dough with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place until it has roughly doubled in volume.
Pour the bread dough into the greased tin and leave to rise for a further 15 minutes.
Place the bread tin on the rack and bake in the middle of the preheated oven at 230°C for about 15 minutes. Then turn the bread out of the tin onto a baking tray and bake at 200°C for approx. 40 mins.
