Muesli Bread
A wholesome and nutritious bread that is made with a combination of muesli, flour, yoghurt, honey and cinnamon. Instructions
Put the flour in a bowl. Make a small hollow in it with your hands. Add yeast, pour lukewarm water over it and let it rise for 15 minutes.
Add muesli, yogurt, honey, oil, egg, cinnamon and salt and knead for 5 min. Cover and let rise in the bowl for 45 minutes. Grease the loaf pan and pour the dough into it.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with some muesli. Preheat oven to 200°C (convection oven:180°C). Bake in preheated oven for approx. 40 min.
