Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Grease the baking tray well.
Whisk butter with the sugars and salt. Gradually stir in eggs. Mix flour with the baking powder and add to the butter-sugar mixture. Chop white chocolate and fold into batter. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out.
In a separate bowl, whisk cream cheese sugar egg and starch. Pour the mixture on top of the dough in the baking dish and marbleize with a fork or knife.
Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and cut them into small pieces. Place strawberries on the marbled pastry and press them in lightly. Bake blondies in preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
