Sausage Balls with Cream Cheese

These sausage balls are much lighter and fluffier than regular meat balls thanks to the pancake mix and cream cheese. They are easy to make and perfect as a snack or appetiser.

Ingredients

Ground pork
Bisquick
Cream cheese
Paprika
Peppercorns
Salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Ground coriander
Dill
Red pepper flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Shape meat mixture into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until lightly golden and firm, 14 to 17 minutes.
