Fat-Free Coffee Cake

This is a delicious and healthy dessert that you can enjoy without any guilt. Not fully fat-free due to the inclusion of egg yolk and milk but still low calorie and yet still light and with a great flavor. You can enjoy this cake with your favorite cup of coffee or tea.

Ingredients
| All-purpose flour | |
| Baking powder | |

| Eggs | |
| Egg whites | |
| Brown sugar | |
| Rose water | |
| Orange blossom water | |
| Milk |
Instructions
In a small bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Beat the eggs with the sugar till thick, forming a ribbon and pale-colored. Add the flavoring and the milk and mix well. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour into a greased pan and bake for about 35 minutes until a cake tester comes out dry. Cool and serve.
Note: This cake can also be flavored with lemon or orange rind or vanilla. It can be mixed with chocolate chips or dried raisins or cranberries or cherries.
