Instructions
Cut the peeled eggplant into 13mm thick slices.
Mix the oil and spices well in a large bowl and toss the eggplant until all parts are well coated.
Bake in preheated oven (250°C/fan: 230°C/gas: level 3/air fryer 205°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
